Had a window regulator break on my e90 over the weekend, and was expecting that I'd have to garage the car over the upcoming July 4th weekend since the window wouldn't exactly stay closed securely. After talking to Anthony on the Monday, he got me on the schedule for the Wednesday (July 3rd), and we had agreed I wouldn't need the car back anytime soon, to make it easier on them. Later that morning, he let me know there was a cancellation, and that I could bring it in a day early. I dropped the car off on the Tuesday, with the expectation it might be ready by Wednesday, especially since Angelo relayed they were unexpectedly short a technician that day. Much to my surprise, I got an email from Angelo that afternoon that it was all fixed, and ready to go. So, I got my car back, window working like new, a full day early. As usual, awesome service!
